Coalition for Affordable Housing Development
An alliance of locally owned and operated affordable housing developers dedicated to increasing the availability of housing throughout Washington State formed to establish Coalition for Affordable Housing Development (CAHD). Through advancing policies and practices to scale sustainable affordable housing production, CAHD is invested in the long-term success of affordable housing in the state. Increasing the availability of affordable housing will require new tools with cost efficiency requirements to attract private capital, allow public dollars to go farther, and maximize the unit production per public dollar spent while reaching communities across the state.
