Vintage Housing, along with partner Kennedy Wilson, specializes in the development and operation of affordable housing in the Western United States. Through affordable housing tax credits and other state and federal financing resources, we offer attractive apartment homes to income-qualified families and active seniors. Vintage Housing is committed to constructing quality affordable homes that provide more than just a place to live, but also new opportunities and programs that enhance the lives of families and retired seniors in our communities.

 
 

GMD Development is a privately held real estate company specializing in the development and preservation of affordable housing in the Pacific Northwest. Utilizing a broad range of financial products, including bonds and tax credits, GMD Development has particular expertise structuring complex, multi-family transactions that often involve multiple sources of debt and equity. GMD strives to not only achieve a higher level of quality product, but believe it is a responsibility to build quality design and sustainability into every project. GMD Development targets higher growth markets with the significant disparity between average workforce incomes and affordability.

 

Southport Financial Services specializes in affordable multi-family housing development, acquisition, rehabilitation, and management.

Founded in 1995 on the principle that “Everyone needs a home,” Southport Financial Services believes in the creation of superior multi-family and elderly housing communities. Maintaining a strong focus on developing and rehabilitating affordable housing, Southport has developed over 50 properties with 2900 units across Washington state and about 18,000 units nationally.
